The studio / The person behind it

A studio mindset.
An engineer’s hands.

Independent by design.
Personal in the way we work.

With a point of view.

AI engineer. Software builder. Curious by nature.

Hello, I’m
Mohammad Saifi.

I’m Mohammad Saifi, an AI and software engineer building ArtistixLab. My work connects practical machine learning, thoughtful interfaces and the systems behind them. I work directly with clients, from understanding the problem to getting the details right.

ArtistixLab brings that work together: websites and apps, AI agents and chatbots, search visibility, and a growing interest in interactive 3D. The thread connecting them is simple: use technology to make something useful for a real business.

My freelance work has included semantic image annotation for agriculture, a UPI payment-gateway repair and a WhatsApp chatbot. Each involved a different problem. Each called for understanding the details before choosing the solution.

How I work

Good work begins
with good questions.

  1. 01

    Understand before building.

Start with the business problem, the people using the product and what a useful result looks like. The stack follows from there.

  2. 02

    Stay close to the work.

You collaborate directly with the person writing the code. Decisions, progress and trade-offs stay visible throughout the project.

  3. 03

    Make the details count.

A clear interface, a dependable integration and a thoughtful handover all matter. Launch is part of the work, not the end of the conversation.

A little context

Built on
curiosity.

An engineering background, a growing practice and the habit of learning by making.

  1. 2025 — Present

    Independent AI & software work

    AI Automation Consultant & Developer

Building practical software, automation and digital experiences through direct client collaboration.

  2. 2024 — 2025

    Machine learning, in practice

Machine Learning Intern · Atomos Technologies

A foundation in applied machine learning, supported by hands-on work with data and engineering workflows.

  3. 2024

    A deeper understanding of data

PG Diploma in Big Data Analytics · C-DAC

Specialised study connecting analytics, programming and the systems used to work with data.

  4. 2020 — 2023

    An engineering foundation

Bachelor of Engineering · Mechanical Engineering

A systems-oriented way of thinking: understand the constraints, work through the problem and make the solution useful.

On the workbench

A new dimension
to explore.

I’m developing my 3D practice in Blender, including real-estate structures and ideas for interactive property experiences. This is an evolving area of the studio. We can explore a focused prototype together and agree the scope around what can be demonstrated.
