Project enquiries

ArtistixLab is operated by Mohammad Saifi, based in Jharkhand, India. When you submit the project form, we collect your name, email address, chosen service and project message. You may also provide a company name, budget and preferred timeline. If available, the form includes campaign tags that describe which link brought you here.

We use this information to understand your request, reply, discuss a potential project and keep track of the conversation. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or give permission for unrelated marketing. We do not sell enquiry information.

Please keep your initial message to a general project overview. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment details, government identifiers or confidential customer data through the form.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides website hosting and infrastructure. Submitted enquiries are stored in its D1 database. Cloudflare may process technical network information to deliver and protect the website. Read the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

If email notifications are enabled, Resend receives the enquiry details to deliver a notification to the studio’s inbox. Read the Resend Privacy Policy. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on the form, it processes verification signals to help distinguish visitors from automated abuse.

These providers may process information outside your country. Access to enquiries is intended for the studio and the providers needed to operate this service. If a project goes ahead, any additional tools or handling of project data should be agreed as part of that work.

Browser storage & analytics

The website can remember campaign tags in first-party session storage within your current browser tab. These tags are utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term. They help connect an enquiry to a link, such as an Instagram post. We send these tags with your enquiry; we do not attach a raw referring-page URL to the stored lead.

Session storage is normally cleared when the tab’s browsing session ends. You can also clear site data in your browser. Please avoid putting personal or confidential information in campaign links.

Cloudflare Web Analytics may be enabled to understand page traffic and loading performance. This optional configuration uses Cloudflare’s analytics beacon. Its analytics documentation explains the service. The site does not automatically add advertising pixels or social-media tracking scripts.

Retention & security

The default retention period for website enquiries is 365 days. Database cleanup runs when the form processes later valid submissions, rather than on a timer. Older records may therefore remain longer during periods without form activity or if maintenance fails. You can contact us to request earlier deletion.

To limit repeated automated submissions, the form stores a daily hash derived from the visitor’s IP address. The enquiry database does not store the raw IP address. These hashes are pseudonymous, rather than guaranteed anonymous, and normally expire after two days. Their cleanup also runs during subsequent form activity.

Enquiry copies in an email inbox, correspondence or agreed project records may have a separate retention period. If you request deletion, we will consider those copies too, subject to any information we need to keep for an ongoing engagement, a dispute or applicable obligations.

We use HTTPS, access controls and input validation to protect the service. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices & requests

You can ask what enquiry information we hold about you, correct a mistake, request deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. Contact Mohammad Saifi at saifimd1234@gmail.com. Include the email address used for your enquiry and its reference if you have it. We may ask for reasonable verification before sharing or changing a record.

If you choose WhatsApp, a social profile or an external booking link, that provider’s own privacy terms apply to your use of its service. Only share the information needed to start the conversation.

We may update this notice as the website and services change. The date at the top identifies this version.
